The Hearth is a two-day working retreat hosted in New Delhi, built around one long, uninterrupted conversation. It brings together India's frontier researchers, builders, funders and policymakers to decide — together — what gets built, funded and governed before any of it is locked in.
The retreat runs over two days. Day one maps six open questions across AI, energy, biology and governance. Day two drafts moonshots and ends in named commitments. The room stays small — around forty seats, chosen for what each person can start, fund or unblock. Applications close 25 August 2026.

We are keeping it small on purpose. Every seat is chosen for what that person can start, fund, build or unblock in the following twelve months.
